Requirements

  • Experience working in the beauty vertical is ideal but not essential.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software

Responsibilities

  • Experience executing award-winning campaigns across all media channels including social, mobile, activation, experiential, and broadcast
  • A thorough understanding of the project process within a creative agency - from client brief through to post-project-evaluation
  • Passionate and curious about the latest creative/design innovations - interested and active within the creative industry outside of the 9-to-5
  • Able to deliver great conceptual ideas, with a portfolio displaying the depth of your creativity and expertise in this area
  • Fluency in social platforms and experience creating content focused for social media objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently on medium to large scale client projects, occasionally with a senior creative/team
  • Ability to oversee design / post-production print and motion
