Responsibilities

  • Du bist für die Erstellung, Aktualisierung, Verwaltung und Kontrolle der Packaging Master Records (PMRs) inkl. dazugehöriger Dokumentation verantwortlich.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Durchführung der Change Pläne im Rahmen von Produktänderungen bzw. Produktneueinführungen sowie das Anstoßen von Änderungen der Materialstammdaten in SAP.
  • Systemische und dokumentarische Durchführung von Produkt-Einstellungen (Discontinuations)
  • Änderung von bestehenden PMRs
  • Anstoßen von Stücklisten-Änderungen
  • Hochladen von PMRs in das Datenmanagementsystem (DMS)
  • Initiierung der x-step Anpassung für die systemische Verknüpfung bei Stammdatenerfassung oder -änderung
  • Bearbeitung von Packaging Master Files (PMFs) anhand deren Herstellprotokoll zur Freigabe und Versendung
  • Außer Kraft Setzung von PMRs und Archivierung von Dokumenten
  • Ablage der Druckfreigaben für die Produktion
