  • BSEE or MSEE and 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong background in analog and mixed-signal layout
  • Strong background in device physics and semiconductor processing

  • Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate should have a good practical knowledge of analogue and mixed signal layout techniques and experience on Cadence Layout tools (Virtuoso) and Siemens verification system (Calibre).
  • The position requires knowledge of FinFet Process layout practices and techniques. (16nm and below is preferred).
  • The candidate should be comfortable working independently as well as in large multi-site teams.
  • The candidate should be able to complete very complex tasks with a minimum of supervision and be comfortable working directly with circuit design engineers.
  • Experience in the layout or physical design of a wide variety of circuit types is required: i.e. ADCs, DACs, LDOs, PLLs, VCOs, amplifiers etc.
  • The Position also requires knowledge of common circuit layout practices such as: matching techniques, ESD/Latchup mitigation techniques, circuit parasitic reduction etc.
  • Knowledge in Skill scripting is a plus.
  • Knowledge in place and route of non-timing driven blocks is a plus.
