Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with ANSI Codes, Collective Bargaining Agreements, NPS and Aramark, policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Assumes responsibility for outdoor operations in order to provide proper guest service levels, safety procedures, and profitability.
  • Supervises and directs hourly staff providing training, motivation, and safe operation on a daily basis, addresses work issues and implements fair and consistent corrective counseling as needed.
  • Follow Aramark SAFE program and initiatives
  • Ensures that all ANSI Code, Aramark, and NPS procedures, controls systems and other established policies and procedures are understood and implemented by associates of the unit.
  • Assists in conducting interviews, hiring, promoting, evaluating, disciplining and discharging associates as needed.
  • Assumes responsibility for guest satisfaction and service recovery.
  • Daily inspections of all areas of the unit to ensure compliance with ANSI Codes and Aramark operating plans as well as adherence to policies, procedures and Collective Bargaining Agreements.
  • Order and maintain all supplies for the operations, maintain cost control efforts for labor and operating supplies and conduct meetings updating associates on daily goals and safety objectives.
  • Manage payroll and ensure all employees are paid appropriately and timely.
  • Write employee schedules and ensure compliance with all Aramark policies and CBA regulations.
  • On-board and train associates to be ready for the season
  • All other duties as assigned.
