  • Serve as a secondary contact for cross-functional customer team members
  • Achieve commercial metrics for the customer ledger, including volume, Net Revenue, MACO, CORES, and EBITDA
  • Manage ledger investments to maximize ROI and deliver business savings
  • Support customer success in meeting full ledger commercial targets
