Responsibilities

  • Handle guests incidents, complaints and coordinate service recovery where required in conjunction with the Manager.
  • Conference Banqueting set up, maintenance and cleaning.
  • Identifying, communicating all issues (maintenance, equipment, etc)
  • Following company control procedures in accordance with the internal audit requirements.
  • Confidently know all emergency procedures, full knowledge of the fire manual.
  • Working in partnership with the Night Manager to ensure all Nights Department objectives are fulfilled.
  • Close daily business and secure property
  • Prepare hotel for new day – Particular attention to detail on cleanliness and presentation is vital.
  • Aid all departments while on shift – knowledge of bar restaurant would be beneficial.
