Responsibilities

  • Gather trends and inspiration for product ranges and create design product spec packs for nightwear.
  • Constantly developing the range working closely with the buying and technical teams and suppliers to translate your designs into commercially viable product advising on construction, details, or artworks. Ensure the range evolves and continues to meet the demands of TWC customer.
  • Ensure all designs are executed and meet your departments’ critical path dates.
  • Sourcing from the supply base and building relationships with suppliers.
  • Travelling and researching directional and comparative trend and product direction.
  • Reacting to sales information and designing commercially relevant ranges.
  • Identifying & sourcing new yarns or components for new sample development to drive new product and range development for the customer.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the market, supplier base, competition, and customer requirements across your departments in particular.
