What types of patient assessments will the Nurse Associate undertake?
The Nurse Associate will assist with and undertake patient assessments under supervision and after appropriate delegation from registered practitioners, and will escalate concerns in a timely manner.

The Nurse Associate will obtain requested specimens such as urine, swabs (vaginal, nose, throat, wound site, etc.) and ensure their safe transportation to the appropriate department.
