Responsibilities

  • To deliver a high quality service which is developed using a co operative approach with service users, families, paid carers and SLDS staff to ensure practices that respond effectively to both individual and service need.

  • The role will provide effective leadership to ensure the staff teams receive appropriate management supervision and support whilst ensuring professional/clinical supervision is in place to meet agreed professional development plans.
