Responsibilities

  • Escort cleaner through cleared spaces daily
  • Ensure office supplies and kitchens are fully stocked and take inventory on a weekly basis
  • Manage portfolio distro lists and update as needed
  • Onboard new hires to include coordinating with Security, Human Resources, and Recruiting for account creation, ordering equipment, obtaining temporary and permanent badges, and working with Program Managers and L1s for seating arrangements. Update seating charts
  • Off board employees to include receiving and turning in equipment and assist with terminating high side accounts
  • Work with Property Administrator and corporate ISSO to ensure classified equipment can be removed from the spaces for repairs and updates as needed
  • Ensure unused low side systems are updated and connected to the network monthly
  • Create and maintain Contingent Worker accounts
  • Create and publish monthly portfolio newsletter
  • Coordinate, plan, and host monthly portfolio events
  • Support Program Managers as needed across the portfolio
  • Contact Facilities for any facility issues such as light outages, kitchen issues, coffee, and water machine issues, etc.
  • Track RSA token expiration dates and order for employees if needed
  • Escort visitors as needed if others are unavailable but only if time allots
  • Submit HVAC requests for appropriate spaces as needed
