Responsibilities

  • Manage the general day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings and events, including venue booking, logistics planning, and follow-ups
  • Actively participate in local networking events to represent our firm and foster relationships with potential clients and Partners
  • Provide IT support by troubleshooting common issues in the office
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into our team
  • Assist with marketing efforts to promote our firm’s services and brand
  • Consistently share Arizona happenings with the firm
  • Provide general HR support and support the hiring/recruiting process, as needed
  • Assist with the firm's recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent by attending local college events and/or reaching out to specific programs
  • Provide backup support to other administrative functions, as needed
  • Serve as a liaison to our MN offices, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
