  • In Office Management, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, customers and service providers at our Berlin location;
  • Reception activities, because we make you feel directly at home;
  • Travel bookings for national and international trips of our colleagues;
  • Purchasing management and accounting, so that all Depsters are always well provided for;
  • Preparatory accounting, because you will be the interface to other teams, such as the finance team. Your focus will be to support and assist the finance team;
  • Support/coordination of team meetings, as well as team events and support of team requests;
  • Feelgood Management - You are the heart and soul of the office.
