Responsibilities

  • Partner with other members of the GDO team to support the development and delivery of key initiatives in service of the broader Global Delivery organization.
  • Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of Global Services’ systems such as OpenAir and Salesforce.
  • Act as a bridge between the technical teams that develop and maintain applications and the business stakeholders who rely on them, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Oversee Professional Services invoicing to ensure completeness and timeliness.
  • Analyze operational and financial data.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements for process and system improvements, determine enhancement prioritization, and ensure effective change management.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of user and procedural documentation and training.
  • Assume responsibility for the integrity, usability, and standardization of data. With a focus on maintaining data hygiene through continuous data audits, mass data updates, and formatting user interfaces to reduce errors.
