Responsibilities

  • - Partner with Store Leadership to execute tasks that streamline the product cycle.
  • - Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure product is readily available for clients.
  • - Display expertise and familiarity of product knowledge, brand history, company policies, and store/company strategies.
  • - Ensure assigned tasks are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • - Provide a friendly and welcoming environment to both our external and internal clients.
  • - Consistently work with sales-floor team to ensure customers are receiving product in a timely manner.
  • - Assist in Operations Management in maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • - Executing any necessary assigned tasks before or after regular store operating hours.
  • - Ensure adherence to all company policy and procedures.
  • - Promote and maintain an environment that is sharply focused on consistently delivering exceptional, positive, in-store customer service.
  • - Assist store management team with housekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collection of trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard retail operations.
