What is the primary responsibility of the Operations & Events Associate?
The primary responsibility is to ensure the Merantix AI Campus is fully operational by managing daily operations, customer support, member on-/offboarding, and inventory management, while also partnering with the Community & Events Manager to organize events.
What qualifications are required for this role?
We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus), strong interpersonal skills, and a hands-on approach with attention to detail.
