Responsibilities

  • Play an active role in the Education Operations Extended Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth operations of the expanding Manila teams that will provide much of the resource for Operations. Work with Manila management group comprising of teams under the division and wider Operations to maintain an awareness of the workloads within the teams and their resourcing to meet those needs.
  • Lead on monthly reports to key stakeholders (e.g., metrics, operational progress, project progress, key HR-related matters, analysis/insights). Deliver timely and accurate data, reports, and insights about the performance of each team and the division.
  • Carry out people-related functions to support the teams and to strengthen employee engagement (e.g., talent management, resource planning, succession planning, employee movement, coaching, L&D alignment and review).
