Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team and client end users for the purpose of optimizing production for both downhole and surface operations by preparing artificial lift recommendations.
  • Participate in project activities.
  • Serve as liaison between support team and operations to effectively communicate operational questions & concerns to the Sales Engineers and Application Support Team.
  • Utilize Lookout and XSPOC for monitoring well performance data.
  • Ensure accuracy and address downtime reduction opportunities.
  • Monitor daily production inputs into electronic data capturing software and compare input data with output data for correctness.
  • Generates effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical.
  • Work is performed in shifts and may require working on a weekend or holiday.
