  • QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:
  • Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR in the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience communicating with internal and/or external customers.
  • QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:
  • SAP and MS Suite experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience with data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties related to overall customer service and account management: logistics, contract management, and customer relations.
  • Effectively manage a large amount of communication and data while complying with internal and external process.
  • Process customer repair orders in accordance with Standard Work procedures, and when required, redirect queries to appropriate department or personnel.
  • Physically receives product and moves product through the repair process as necessary.
  • Works with the Technical team to ensure customer repairs are completed per requirements.
  • Coordinate and create documentation of receipt and repair of equipment necessary to comply with federal policies and current procedures.
  • Utilize enterprise system (SAP) to input or extract repair/material data.
  • Assists in interface with intra-company departments relative to warranty, credit, billing, etc.
  • Maintain knowledge of Collins organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers.
  • Consistently document customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain quality.
  • Handle physical requirements of the position including consistent movement and boxing/unboxing up to 15 lbs.
