  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and or relevant business experience preferred
  • 2+ years of Supply Chain related business experience is preferred
  • 2+ years of business systems experience (ex: SAP/ ERP systems, MS Office, Siebel) & Quality Management systems (ICS Control, SOX etc.) preferred
  • Possess excellent verbal, written, and the ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure order integrity and timely communication with both internal and external customers to resolve any discrepancies in order dates.
  • Update customer order details promptly in Project Management and ERP systems as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Align factory confirmed delivery dates with project manager requested dates and take necessary actions to minimize discrepancies.
  • Track order shipments through Merge Center and customer sites, utilizing logistical databases and carrier websites to ensure on-time and complete deliveries; expedite deliveries when necessary.
