  • 7. Ensuring OD&D interventions are systemic, innovative, versatile and flexible, focussing on real life experiences and responding to the requirements of the organisation and key stakeholders
  • 8. Enabling people to capture and consolidate their learning, reflect on their experiences and inform future development plans
  • 9. Facilitating groups and individuals to share their learning to increase the capability and effectiveness of others across the manager community
  • 10. Actively supporting the cultural development of the NHSBSA by role modelling required behaviours through coaching and engaging managers and leaders appropriately
  • 11. Using the data and insight from interactions to further inform organisation development
