  • Support the Service Manager with day to day management of staff within the directorate comprising of medical, operational and administrative staff

  • Recruitment of locally employed doctors and on-boarding of doctors in training posts
  • As far as is practical, the appointee will be expected to provide cover for colleagues when required in terms of planned and emergency absence.
