What are the main responsibilities of a Packer?
As a Packer, you will use hand and power tools to cut wood, drill, and build crates for our switches and finished products, move materials and finished products using manual pump trucks and cranes, ensure quality packaging of products, and maintain cleanliness of your work area.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Applicants should have a high school diploma, experience working with hand and power tools, previous manufacturing experience (considered an asset), good communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What is the work arrangement for Packers?
The work arrangement for Packers is onsite at our facility located at 90 Belfield Road, Etobicoke M9W 1G4.
What shifts are available for Packers?
Packers can choose from two shifts: Day shift (Monday - Friday; 6:30 am - 3 pm) or Afternoon shift (Monday - Thursday; 4 pm - 2 am).
