Responsibilities

  • Manage the national on all the time paid advertising programme through the media agency, for territories currently including the UK and Canada, primarily including digital and above the line advertising
  • Work with the media agency to plan, implement, optimise and measure the ROI of digital marketing campaigns across various channels e.g. social media, programmatic and native display, SEM, content partnerships
  • Work with the media agency to plan, implement, optimise and measure the ROI of Above the Line media, including radio, Out of Home, Cinema
  • Analyse the performance of all media through the media agency to increase the efficiency of the paid media budget
  • Develop testing plans for creative, copy, messaging, format and landing pages to improve KPIs, working with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and optimise the user experience
  • Report on effectiveness of performance marketing activity
  • Lead the media agency and team to drive revenue growth and reduce customer acquisition costs, increasing profitability
  • Work with the CRM and eCommerce teams to optimise advertising spend based on customer data
  • Stay updated and lead the business with the latest trends and best practice in digital marketing and paid advertising, including evaluating new technologies, and any impacts from the wider macro-environment
  • Keep accurate records of costs and ROI across all paid advertising activity
