Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Head of Legal and Senior Legal Counsel with legal tasks including preparing legal documents and research notes;
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the team's SharePoint (assisting with storage and collation of documents on the platform (including legal correspondence and documents, presentations, agreed legal budgets/estimates etc.)); and
  • Assisting the Head of Legal with establishing a dispute resolution toolkit including legal training, checklists for use by the Group to ensure best practise when it comes to dispute avoidance and resolution.
