Responsibilities

  • We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal or law graduate to join our growing Property Litigation team in our Exeter office on a full time and permanent basis.
  • In this role you will provide essential support to the fee earners in the team, to ensure all of our clients are provided with an outstanding service, by understanding their needs and delivering this in a cost effective manner.
  • You will be fully involved in all aspects of litigation, including the preparation of Court papers, preparing correspondence that is generated as a matter progresses and speaking to clients and third parties by telephone.
  • You can expect to provide complete management of files, taking instructions from senior members of the team and clients, whilst taking instructions to ensure that procedures are effectively handled.
