Responsibilities

  • Working closely with other members of the Legal team, assisting on a variety of projects and contractual agreements (e.g NDAs, low value supplier contracts).
  • Supporting the Company Secretarial function where required - collating and uploading board papers using board portal software tool.
  • Managing the signing of documents by authorised signatories.
  • Managing physical and electronic document retention.
  • Managing the Legal intranet page.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., external law firms, notaries) on behalf of the Legal team.
  • Legal research.
  • Management of legal operations platforms including Thomson Reuters HighQ, Legal Tracker and Docusign.
  • Facilitating a number of Committees (e.g recording meeting minutes, preparing final presentation deck, coordinating regular meeting etc).
  • Supporting other areas when necessary, taking on responsibilities to support the Legal function and the business as a whole.
