The primary role of the Paralegal is to provide advice and claims management services related to all aspects of property-related insurance claims, including policy coverage disputes, public and product liability claims, fraud claims, and subrogated recovery claims.

This position can be based nationwide, with the option to use DAC Beachcroft Claims Limited's offices in their area, utilize hybrid working, or work from home.
What type of claims does the Coverage and Liability team handle?
The team handles a range of claims including Property Damage claims, Business interruption claims, claims related to structural warranties, and investigations involving allegations of fraud under property insurance policies.
What qualifications or experience are required for this role?
Preferably, candidates should have previous relevant legal experience, knowledge of the litigation process, and an interest in contract and tortious principles. However, training will be provided, so candidates should be willing to learn about insurance-based property damage law and the technical aspects of construction and property claims.
