Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to work on diverse and complex property disputes from day one, which will include small claims, fast track and multi-track claims and defences.
  • You’ll enjoy early responsibility for all of the claim stages, from inception to conclusion, including drafting of statements of case and witness statements, negotiation, mediation and trial and we’ll offer all the support and training you will need to be successful.
  • This is a role that offers real challenge, and you’ll enjoy an extremely varied caseload, including nuisance, trespass, property damage and negligence disputes (no two cases are ever the same!).
