Responsibilities

  • day operations for Consulting marketing. Tasks may be assigned as needed.
  • Answering questions, navigating firm systems to track down answers & solve problems.
  • Liaising with Office Administrators in different markets to coordinate trade show shipments and setup
  • Communications with National Office and Regional MBD departments, Consulting HR, Accounting, & IT departments
  • Assisting Senior Marketing Coordinator with consulting marketing inbox, cleaning up data, list pulls, CRM entry
  • Basic formatting and proofing of presentations and documents using spellcheck, grammar check and firm risk word proofing
  • Attending trade shows in person at various locations around the country to assist with setup, storage, break down and shipping
  • Shipping out of numerous items, trade show banners, easels, promotional swag and maintaining a record of inventory
  • Handling logistics and storage needs of trade show booths in the office where they are based
  • Verifying and coding charges and working with Consulting Accounts Payable
