Responsibilities

  • Under limited direction, provide technical analysis, curated data sets and reporting tools in a fast-paced environment through collaboration with business SMEs to accelerate building analytics driven production pipelines.
  • Perform moderate to extensive problem solving around data quality, accuracy, and dataset connectivity.
  • Use Analytics and BI tools and various programming languages to deliver insight, recommendations, and solutions for business users.
  • Contribute to development of sustainable, consumable, accurate, and impactful reporting on business impact, and key performance indicators.
  • Prepare reports, visualizations, PowerPoint presentations and analyses with large data sets for supervisor review, under time constraints and across various project types.
  • Maintain relationships, timeline communication, and project scope with internal clients.
  • Maintain several database structures and data analytics portfolios.
  • Through collaboration with department stakeholders, design, develop, test, and implement Analytics reports, databases, and/or dashboards and visualizations supporting company-wide Analytics projects and ad-hoc requests including data preparation, security design and access management, testing, optimization, and automation processes.
  • Deliver meaningful insights, trends, and analysis across all Quality Systems areas using a variety of internal and external data sources.
  • Use data to tell stories by creating visually appealing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal customers.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to collate data sources for integrated data pools.
  • Translate analysis outcomes into compelling data visualizations that are intuitive and prompt insights and actions.
  • Manage portfolio of existing and future datasets and dashboards and deliverables.
  • May be responsible for authoring data analytics framework, best practices, and procedures.
  • Deliver data and insights through interactive, creative, and professional visual graphics built on large static and live data sets.
  • May coordinate problem resolution and reconciliation across multi-functional boundaries.
  • May develops ad hoc reports within the computer system to retrieve information for review and verification purposes.
  • May perform data input from source documents into database.
  • May require ability to read and interpret blueprints, standard operating procedures, and other function specific documents.
  • May provide work leadership to operational data support personnel.
