Responsibilities

  • Als Assistenz unterstützt du ausgewählte Partner:innen sowie deren Projektteams, bspw. durch Übernahme des Kalender- und Terminmanagements.
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für nationale und internationale Kunden und Teammitglieder.
  • Die Projektverwaltung inkl. Rechnungsstellung und Reporting in SAP liegen in deiner Verantwortung.
  • Du übernimmst das Management und die Pflege des CRM-Systems sowie die Erstellung von Marketing-Akquisebriefen und Mailings in Zusammenarbeit mit dem CRM-Team.
  • Zusätzlich gehören die Organisation von internen Events, Reisebuchungen und die Durchführung der Reisekostenabrechnung zu deinen Aufgaben.
