Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields (preferable);
  • Good knowledge of labor law and payroll experience (preferable);
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (minimum B2);
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
  • Able to manage several administrative tasks;
  • Fast learning and analytical ability.

  • Perform validations before and after the payroll process
  • Answer employees’ queries and escalate them to the senior element, as needed
  • Follow procedures and process workflows
  • Participate and contribute to the pro-active review and implementation of process improvements
  • Work collaboratively with multiple teams throughout the organization
