Responsibilities

  • Support employees with employee-related administrative issues & queries such as salaries, contracts, pension, benefits, procedures and policies
  • Ownership to ensure that all documentation related to the employee lifecycle is produced accurately and on time, including offer letters, employment contracts, contractual variations and offboarding/leaver letters
  • Ownership of the inputting necessary for processing monthly payroll including salary adjustments, bonus, absence types, overtime and on call, contractual changes & employee details
  • Point of contact from an administrative perspective with external benefits and payroll providers
  • Ensure leaves of absence are correctly recorded in the HRIS in line with current legislation and company policies
  • Draft and update local admin-related company policies, People software (HRIS) and regulatory news
  • Work with the Head of People Operations as required in order to ensure local payroll compliance and global consistency
  • Complete ad hoc/general admin related tasks as required
