Responsibilities

  • Own all HR administration, including onboarding new employees and distributing swag packs.
  • Own payroll administration.
  • Welcome external visitors and new starters.
  • Track costs and ensure budgets are not exceeded
  • Work with the culture groups to plan and execute monthly company social events, annual Christmas and summer parties, and cultural office events.
  • Organise weekly Wednesday breakfasts.
  • Coordinate logistics and presentation collation for the bi-weekly Flock O’Clock meetings and quarterly Town Halls.
  • Plan and manage local company events.
  • Monitor and post about our company culture on LinkedIn.
  • Provide support where needed to the CPCO
  • Oversee the daily operations to ensure the office runs smoothly, including coordinating meeting rooms, catering (when necessary), and stationery and kitchen supplies.
  • Maintain a well-organised and efficient office environment to enhance productivity.
  • Manage inbound and outbound mail and shipments.
  • Liaise with building management and KITT to manage day-to-day relationships.
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked with drinks, snacks, and tea.
  • Fulfil Fire Marshall and Trained First Aider responsibilities.
  • Conduct thorough DSE and risk assessments.
  • Organise annual Health & Safety training to uphold workplace safety standards.
