Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Advisers are the first point of contact with library customers and library partners.
  • The role involves continual interaction with users of the library, face to face, via email or by telephone and is a job where you can have a significant impact on the customer experience.
  • As well as helping customers find and use resources, this role is also detail oriented and involves performing administrative and clerical duties and organising library material and information.
  • This is a peripatetic role, and you may be required to work at different locations or work additional hours at the primary location.
