Responsibilities

  • Managing the diary to ensure the most efficient use senior leaders time, arranging travel, accommodation, meeting rooms, equipment, and refreshments as appropriate.
  • Monitoring multiple email Inboxes, responding as appropriate and highlight all actions.
  • Organising calendars, and meeting coordination for senior leaders, keeping records where appropriate.
  • Providing support as required to senior members of the department and relevant visitors as required as a point of contact.
  • Invoicing processing, purchase order and expense reconciliations for Finance, active management of the Cost Centre/Payroll Reports.
  • Coordinating annual leave and sickness administration for the senior leaders.
  • Writing, preparing, and reviewing, letters, emails, reports, presentations and minutes when required.
  • Providing efficient, initiative-taking personal support to the senior leaders to ensure all requirements are accounted for in a professional and timely manner.
  • Being responsible for processes such as onboarding and leavers.
