Responsibilities

  • Als versierte Pflegekraft berätst du unsere Patient*innen empathisch und professionell zur außerklinischen Beatmung – sowohl bei ihnen zuhause als auch in Kliniken oder Pflegeeinrichtungen.
  • Fachkundig stellst du unsere Produkte vor, weist die Patient*innen, Angehörigen und das Pflegepersonal in die Bedienung ein und hilfst bei Fragen oder Problemen schnell und unkompliziert weiter.
  • Du stehst den Patient*innen über den gesamten Therapiezeitraum als zuverlässige/r Ansprechpartner*in zur Seite und begleitest sie beim Umzug von der Klinik nach Hause, in ein Pflegeheim oder eine Rehaeinrichtung.
  • Ferner stehen die Auslieferung und Abholung der medizintechnischen Geräte und des entsprechenden Zubehörs auf deiner Agenda.
  • Darüber hinaus führst du in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb verkaufsunterstützende Maßnahmen durch und baust unsere Kooperationen mit Pflegeeinrichtungen und -diensten kontinuierlich weiter aus.
