Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a pharmacy
  • Must be currently residing in Massachusetts
  • Proficiency in handling sensitive and confidential information with tact, professionalism, and impartiality
  • Active demonstration of a broad knowledge base and positive work habits as evidenced by the ability to train new staff, take on new challenges, flexibility in work assignments, and participation in meetings and projects as assigned
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Provide a variety of reception services for clients, patients, and visitors
  • Maintaining a customer service attitude to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Schedule appointments for client/patient care including all follow-up appointments
  • Generate patient referrals to medical specialists as ordered
  • Assist patients with identifying appropriate pharmaceutical industry patient assistance programs for medications
  • Collaborates with patients to prepare and submit applications as appropriate
