Responsibilities

  • - Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
  • - Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions.
  • - Utilize a patient centric approach.
  • - Operate with referral doctor centric mindset.
  • - Understanding of the importance of referral base and how to expand/grow it.
  • - Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
  • - Understanding of full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
  • - Implant oriented and desire to learn how to do them at the highest level.
  • - Meet and exceed the needs of our patients and referring dentists.
  • - Provide continuous personalized updates that begin the minute the patient enters our care.
  • - Work with a dedicated surgical team and a team of business experts that includes marketing, finance, data analytics/reporting, technology, and human resource expertise.
  • - Ensure ample staffing allows additional time with patients and frequent communication with referring dentists.
  • - Receive certification training in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
  • - Utilize the most up-to-date emergency equipment, monitors, and redundancy.
  • - Perform procedures with multiple surgical assistants or registered nurses in the operating room to ensure an abundance of support.
