Responsibilities

  • Assisting our Planning Team with daily and weekly activities to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Ensuring proofs of delivery are actively managed promptly.
  • Liaising with the Planning control tower and team to maintain service levels.
  • Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, overseas offices, and agents, understanding requirements for excellent customer service.
  • Working closely with clients’ supply chain function to ensure schedules are met and are accurately reported on.
  • Providing administrative support to the Manager & Team including Document Management, team meeting schedules and minute-taking.
  • Assisting in the scheduling of training both inhouse & off-site.
  • Create and update records and databases.
  • Coordination of purchasing/stock control/distribution of supplies and equipment.
  • Other Ad hoc and administrative duties as required.
