Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in Supply Chain planning, preferably within CPG industry.
  • Must have experience leading a team and the S&OP process
  • Demonstrated leadership and change management skills
  • Must have strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Hands-on experience with ERP/ Demand Planning systems. Proficiency with MS Office a must. Experience with SAP a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Own service, inventory and cost measures for his/her categories.
  • Collaborate with other functions in order to optimize CTO for his/her categories
  • Provide 12 month rolling supply plan for their categories
  • Address trade-offs and elevate decision-making as needed.
  • Provide category input to the monthly melt plan
  • Collaborate with Sales, Demand and SBU on long-term supply plans.
  • Additional Responsibilities / Duties:
  • Monitor production plan attainment to address gaps and tradeoffs with Operations.
  • Optimize inventory positioning when planning for business seasonality while minimizing inventory obsolescence.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement as well as conceive and execute resulting projects.
  • Develop operating strategies and inventory policies for his/her categories.
  • Support Sr. Planning Manager to develop warehouse strategy and needs.
  • Collaborate with Logistics to attain replenishment plans and execution across distribution centers while optimizing freight cost.
  • Communicate service risk and maintain strong coordination with Customer Service to provide support for customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Planning Manager in the development of a mid/long term “game plan” for the area of the business under his/her responsibility
