Responsibilities

  • Management of a multi asset class range of funds including UCITS (Fund of funds, ETF’s, long only equity), AIF’s (Private Equity, Life Settlements, Private Debt).
  • Daily management of investors subscriptions/ redemptions across portfolio’s
  • Contributing and assisting the team in developing systems to generate efficiencies in daily processes
  • Addressing investment operational issues with Partner Fund Managers;
  • Ensuring robust risk management processes are in place for each Fund;
  • Ensuring investment process meets the criteria set out under UCITS and AIFMD regimes;
  • Review reports and investment recommendations provided by investment advisors and investment managers;
  • Presentation, drafting and or input into investment reports provided to relevant Fund Board & AIFMs/UCITS Management Company;
  • Ensure all work is completed and documented in accordance with prescribed standards;
  • Ensure the compliance of various Funds with regulatory requirements and best practice.
