Responsibilities

  • Closely cooperating with the system users and acting as the main advisor for various P&C-related queries (such as, but not limited to SAP HR, labor cost, P&C processes, and procedures)
  • Being in touch with Power Users from more than 100 different JTI entities. With a global scope, having the opportunity to work with a wide variety of cultures and business practices, driving consistency and efficiency across the organization
  • Empowering Power Users by upskilling them with system knowledge, offering guidance during the planning cycles, organizing trainings and webinars, and showing new system functionalities as updates are being done
  • Being responsible for onboarding new entities to the myPositionsCost tool and maintaining training portal materials
  • As a part of the cross-functional team, collaborating intensively with Finance and IT to coordinate new system developments based on customer feedback and to improve system performance
  • Exploring and assessing the integration of ChatJTI within the new tool to enhance user experience and streamline self-service support process
  • Including payroll data load tracking, access provision to "myPositionsCost, audit of roles
  • During the financial planning cycle, being responsible for the Positions & Labor cost planning process, deadlines establishing, providing planning instructions, and sending communications. Additionally, overseeing the central locking of the system
