Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and manage requirements on business processes, workflows, data flows and reports
  • Translate business needs into technical, functional requirements
  • Support the design of end-to-end processes and workflows through process mapping, user stories, and prototypes
  • Participate in functional validation, setup, and testing for ongoing Oracle ERP/PPM production support
  • Maintain project documentation, process maps, functional design documents throughout all project lifecycles
  • Troubleshoot, and collaborate with multiple teams to resolve complex functional, technical and process related issues
  • Optimize processes and solutions, implementing best practices; perform impact analysis and assessments.
  • Support the transition of changes and solutions into production environments for hyper care periods
  • Understand day-to-day operations and work with other functional areas to correct discrepancies.
  • Monitor and manage issues, defects across the workstream
  • Assessment of enhancements and impacts from quarterly releases through to recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Contribute to and support new technology projects that integrate and align with Oracle Cloud
  • Coordinate dependencies and contribute to all phases of testing, including the modification or development of a test strategy, specific plans and test scripts.
  • Proactively learn and stay engaged with upcoming releases and assess based on CITCO strategies and direction
