Responsibilities

  • MARKETING PLANS: Coordinate, plan and deliver the regional and hotel annual and 90 day plans alongside the wider marketing team.
  • COMMERCIAL STRATEGY: Identify commercial initiatives and opportunities which will drive exposure, bookings and covers for the hotel and outlets. Liaise with the Sales, Meetings & Revenue Teams, to support commercial goals of hotels.
  • STAKEHOLDER MEETINGS: Actively participate in Marketing, PR, Commercial and Operational meetings where required.
  • B2C, B2B, M&E: Working alongside the Vice President Brand & Content Marketing and Director of Marketing Operations, to coordinate and deliver the B2C, B2B and M&E campaigns and relevant PPHE marketing activity.
  • PARTNERSHIPS: Be the key point of contact to coordinate marketing opportunities with key third party partners and report, track activity and communicate results for all relevant campaigns and initiatives.
  • CONTENT: Support with photo, video and multi-media shoots across the estate, including planning and distribution. Alongside overseeing the regular audit of all regional marketing channels to ensure currency, relevancy and accuracy, including but not limited to websites, OTA’s, listings, partnerships and apps.
  • CONTENT MATRICES: Using the Content Matrices, oversee and manage the updates of hotel, restaurant, bars, M&E and other relevant channels, online platforms and listings with current content, links and promotions and ensure these are kept refreshed with new imagery and content whenever necessary.
  • DESIGN: Coordinate, design and deliver promotional materials, including but not limited to collateral, digital updates, social media content, advertisements and presentations.
  • PR & INFLUENCERS: Get creative together with our PR agencies to ensure our hotels, restaurants, bars, spas & meeting event spaces are much talked about by press, influencers, locals and key feeder markets for all the right reasons. And proactively approach, respond to, coordinate, track and report on influencer, media stays and filming enquiries.
  • RESTAURANTS & BARS: Support the Restaurant & Bars Marketing Team in increasing awareness & loyalty of each restaurant & bar, also around key periods, holiday days & city wide events.
  • GENERAL: When needed, support with brand activations, destination restaurant & bars, PR activity & events, and provide overall support when needed to the hotels and or regional teams.
