Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of pricing and reimbursement strategies for new and existing products in the CA region.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of pricing and reimbursement dossiers in accordance with local regulations and guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in the healthcare environment, including policy changes, competitor activities, and market trends, to inform PRA strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory, and commercial teams, to ensure alignment of PRA strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including health authorities, payers, and industry associations.
  • Support the development of value propositions and health economic models to demonstrate the value of Lilly's products.
  • Responsible for local adaptation of pharmaco-economic model.
  • Lead and develop Payer Partnership Programs and other relevant tools based on Health Outcomes/Medical data and assist in the cross-affiliate use of dossiers to appropriately support reimbursement.
  • Deep understanding of country pharmaceutical and economic environment, and HTA process.
  • Lead internal and external communications.
  • Support patient advocacy activities, environment shaping.
  • Lead corporate or affiliate lobbying efforts.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers for market access. The responsibility expands into engagement of high-level government officials.
  • Involvement in political landscape and appropriate participation in policy initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international pricing and reimbursement regulations and guidelines.
