Requirements

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience including executive search, ideally within a demanding, retained search environment and across a variety of functions (bonus points if you have experience with technology leadership searches)
  • Prior experience in a player/coach role, having managed your own requisition load while leading and driving other projects forward through mentorship/management of other team members
  • Track record of being successful in an environment that emphasizes interviewing rigor or depth of candidate assessments
  • Bachelors or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline

Responsibilities

  • Own full cycle recruiting for senior-level searches (including executive leadership hiring) across a variety of business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, product design/research, marketing, communications, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations
  • Work closely with our hiring leaders in the U.S, and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams' ongoing growth needs
  • Mentor and support junior team members on the recruiting team
  • Continuously review, reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our team's time efficiently without sacrificing quality
