Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Process Management:
  • Comprehensive Oversight: Manage the entire end-to-end process for external resources, from workforce planning via sourcing strategy and supplier management to the engagement of externals.
  • Process Optimization: Ensure that all sub-processes are seamlessly implemented and maintained by setting relevant standards and demands to relevant process managers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments e.g. IT, HR, Procurement and Finance to ensure the process is integrated and applicable across different markets and business areas.
  • Integration and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure effective process integration by engaging with stakeholders and driving cross-departmental meetings and workshops.
  • Compliance and Adaptation: Work closely with HR and Procurement to ensure processes meet compliance requirements across multiple countries and business areas.
  • Process Implementation and Maintenance:
  • Initial Setup: Develop and implement new processes where gaps exist and streamline existing ones.
  • Ongoing Maintenance: Regularly review and update processes to reflect changes in regulations, business needs, and market conditions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
