The main responsibility of the Producer Music / Culture role is to implement Red Bull's video content strategy for music and culture in Germany, including the development and realization of unique video content for music IPs and independent formats.

The position can be located in either Munich or Berlin.
What types of content will I be responsible for creating?
You will be responsible for creating video content including YouTube series, social media formats, long-form content, and live formats that inspire and engage audiences, while also increasing reach and engagement.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A completed degree or comparable education in media, film/television, or journalism is required, along with demonstrable experience and successes in the film industry.
What language skills are necessary for this role?
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are necessary for this role.
Is knowledge of music rights and licensing required?
Basic knowledge of music rights, licensing, and entertainment business topics is advantageous but not mandatory.
Will I need to manage multiple productions at once?
Yes, experience and passion for managing multiple productions, partners, and budgets simultaneously are essential for this role.
