Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a product analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and improving product performance.
  • Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Customer.io, and AppsFlyer or similar tools for funnel management and analytics.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker. • Familiarity with data science concepts and techniques such as predictive modelling and segmentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Experience working in a global organisation with a diverse team and customer base.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s or other advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and define key product metrics, create dashboards, and conduct analyses to measure product and feature performances.
  • Implement and use tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Customer.io, and AppFlyer to conduct deep dives into customer behaviour, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product performance.
  • Work closely with the product team to understand user segments, cohorts, funnels and internationalisation to drive initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
  • Use advanced Excel skills to conduct ad-hoc analyses and create reports to support business decisions.
  • Have an interest or ability to collaborate with data scientists to build and deploy predictive models.
